We wouldn’t recommend to drive because parking placet in Venice are very expensive. In Venice there so much to see, that you should spend at least an entire day there. What is worth a visit is Piazza San Marco, the basilica, the bell tower, Rialto bridge, Giudecca, Scalzi and Sospiri bridge.
